Nestled in the foothills of the Beartooth Mountains, this rare lot is available in the Black Butte Sub. Make sure to stop for lunch at the Grizzly Bar in Roscoe, MT. HOA Dues are primarily used for road maintenance and repair. Lot 78 next door is also available.
